kul9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and kul9 ("kul9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kul9 website located at https://kul9.net and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other wagering products made available through the platform.

By accessing kul9, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Eligibility requirements for kul9 account registration:

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account. kul9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a name other than the registered account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within approximately 30 minutes during normal operations. Processing times during high-demand periods (such as during BPL season or major ICC tournaments) may be slightly longer.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, kul9 may require completion of an identity verification (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus balance must be wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.

kul9 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. All bets placed on kul9 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific, event-specific, or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, kul9's decision on the interpretation of these rules is final.

General betting rules applicable across all kul9 markets:

• Bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. kul9 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice — for example, due to a change in match conditions, a broadcast interruption, or a data feed failure.
• Bets placed on sporting events are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). kul9 does not use unofficial or third-party result sources for settlement purposes.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection quality. kul9 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the user's end. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number.
• kul9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price that was clearly the result of a system error, data feed malfunction, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance in full.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh home international series: where a match is abandoned or no result is declared, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino games, live dealer tables, and slots available on kul9 operate under the rules established by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). These rules are accessible within each game interface. kul9 does not modify game rules and presents provider games in their certified form.

Any attempt to exploit a software error, game malfunction, or market mispricing is prohibited. kul9 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through such exploitation and to close the associated account.

General bonus terms:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kul9:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using the kul9 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or crash game through collusion, software interference, or any other means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, participate in games, or interact with the kul9 platform in a non-human manner, except where kul9 has explicitly granted written permission.
• Accessing the kul9 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversals on funds that have been used to place bets or play games on kul9.
• Reproducing, republishing, or redistributing any kul9 content — including odds data, game content, or promotional material — without prior written consent from kul9.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kul9 support staff or other users via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the prohibitions above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kul9 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

kul9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Voluntary account closure: You may request closure of your kul9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining verified balance (net of active bonus amounts subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the kul9 platform for responsible gaming reasons, kul9 offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. kul9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that access to kul9 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability; kul9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kul9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the kul9 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault, loss of data, inability to access the platform, or any delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

kul9's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

kul9 is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or disruptions to third-party payment infrastructure (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard processing networks).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by kul9's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
